Landlord Office helps organise property income, expenses and supporting documents. MTD-style summaries and SA105 review mappings support preparation; they are not filed returns or a validated HMRC submission. The app does not submit Self Assessment, SA105, MTD updates, Corporation Tax or VAT returns, or calculate final tax liability.

Review records before tax filing and seek professional advice where needed. Compliance indicators and evidence packs reflect recorded information and do not determine legal compliance. Landlord Office is not a substitute for professional tax or legal advice.

⚇User Responsibilities

As a user of this platform, you are responsible for:

• Accuracy of data — ensuring all property, tenancy, financial, and compliance data is accurate and kept up to date.
• Legal compliance — ensuring your landlord activities comply with applicable UK laws and regulations.
• Account security — keeping login credentials confidential.
• Client data — ensuring you have authority to process client data where applicable.
• Appropriate use — not using the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Tax obligations — remaining responsible for submitting accurate tax returns and meeting HMRC obligations.

This platform is provided as a tool to assist with property management. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information or reports generated by the platform.
• We are not responsible for financial loss, regulatory penalties, or legal claims arising from incorrect user data or reliance on app outputs.
• In-app expiry indicators are provided as a convenience only. You remain responsible for monitoring and meeting legal obligations.
• We are not responsible for loss of data, service interruption, or downtime, though we aim to maintain availability.
